SGS Infotech grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Android devices you own or control.
Photos and designs you create belong to you. We claim no ownership over any content you produce with the App. Since everything stays on your device, we have no access to your content.
The App, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of SGS Infotech. The "Calender Studio" name and logo are trademarks of SGS Infotech.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SGS Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update the App and these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We'll notify you of significant changes within the App.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the App with reasonable notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
