By downloading, installing, or using the 2048 mobile game (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

3. Restrictions

When using the App, you agree that you will not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law;
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App;

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, artwork, and visual style, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The underlying 2048 gameplay concept is widely used; these Terms cover only this specific implementation and its original assets.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App. Since the App is offered free of charge, total liability is limited accordingly.

7. Updates & Availability

8. Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will end automatically if you fail to comply with them. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
