You acknowledge that any decisions or actions you take based on the App's content are entirely at your own discretion and risk.
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, design, algorithms, and software — are the exclusive property of SGS Infotech and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written consent.
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
The App integrates with third-party services including Google AdMob and Google Gemini API. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SGS Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
