Plain English summary: DualPlay is a free music player. Use it to play your own music. Don't use it to infringe copyrights. We're not liable if something goes wrong. That's essentially it.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DualPlay ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legal agreement between you and SGSInfotech ("we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

About DualPlay

DualPlay is a local music player for Android that lets you:

License to Use

SGSInfotech grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited licence to use DualPlay on your Android device(s) solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

Your Content & Copyright

DualPlay only plays audio files that are already stored on your device. The App does not download, stream, or distribute music from any external source.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the audio files you play using DualPlay are files you own or have the legal right to play. By using the App, you represent that:

SGSInfotech does not condone and accepts no liability for copyright infringement by users of the App.

Dual Channel Feature

The Dual Channel feature allows simultaneous playback of two audio tracks routed to separate audio channels. This feature is intended for personal, creative, and accessibility uses — for example, practising with a backing track, comparing two recordings, or hearing aid–related listening setups.

You are responsible for ensuring that any audio content you play via this feature complies with applicable copyright laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

DualPlay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SGSInfotech does not warrant that:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SGSInfotech disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SGSInfotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, DualPlay — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of audio files, or device damage.

SGSInfotech's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to download the App (which for a free app is zero).

Updates & Changes

We may update DualPlay from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the App after a Terms update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever changes are made.

We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any feature of it at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
