Welcome to DualPlay. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DualPlay mobile application (“the app”). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use DualPlay on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and subject to these Terms.
DualPlay plays audio files stored on your own device. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to access, store, and play the media files you use with the app. You agree not to use DualPlay to infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

DualPlay is supported by advertising and may display ads through Google AdMob. By using the app, you agree to the display of such advertisements. Your interactions with ads, and any third-party offerings they link to, are governed by the relevant third party’s terms and policies.
The app, including its name, logo, design, code, and original content, is owned by DualPlay and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
DualPlay is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DualPlay and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the app.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time without prior notice. New versions may add, change, or remove functionality.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the app. We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the app.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located there.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
